Very useful for weapons that shoot fast, and have larger magazines. However doing 47 damage 20 times a second gives you 20 Oz a second. Doing 47 damage with one shot does not give you 47 Oz. Oxygenator restores 1 Oz for each damage you do. When you swap out, the bonus is lost until you swap back to the weapon.
